PREVENTIVE MEASURES
1) EAT WELL.
MAINTAIN A DIET of 75% raw/steamed/sautéed vegetables & fresh fruits. If possible, juice carrots, celery and apples (drink raw juices). Otherwise, purchase refrigerated (less processed) juices.
LIMIT MEAT INTAKE to one serving a day the size of a deck of cards.
REDUCE INTAKE of WHITE FOOD PRODUCTS containing flour, sugar, salt, dairy, and grease/shortening (fried foods.) The “deadly whites” have the ability to lower the immune system’s response, raise blood sugars, increase LDL cholesterol levels, add fat to the body, increase mucus, increase heart disease, clog arteries, etc.: these foods do not support health and healing. They may be consumed in limited amounts when you are healthy.
2) STAY HYDRATED.
Cells require water to function properly and release toxins. A toxic overload lowers your body’s defenses and makes you more susceptible to illness and disease.
3) STRENGTHEN IMMUNE SYSTEM.
a) Products that may help: Colloidal Silver, Essential Oil of Thieves, Garlic crushed or in capsules, Aloe Vera juice, Vitamin D3, Cold-pressed Barley caps or tablets, Limu sea herbal juice.
b) Increase alkalinity of your body: consume large amounts of fresh vegetables and fruits,
c) Limit acidic foods such as meats, dairy, sugary foods, fast foods, pastas and white food products. Do not microwave food.
4) EXERCISE.
Walking 10 minutes before and after a meal helps control weight, blood sugars, reduce stress, improve circulatory system, support heart function, and stimulate lymphatic system, and more.
5) BE POSTIVE.
Being emotionally positive and staying relaxed are optimal ways to maximize your immune defenses and minimize risk of both becoming ill and of complications. A positive attitude can also maximize your recovery should you become ill.
6) SLEEP WELL.
The body heals during sleep. Sleep and rest is essential for healing and for maintaining good health. AT bedtime, watch only happy shows, read the bible, meditate, enjoy relaxing music, close the day with something positive or happy. This is what will play on your mind throughout the night – so give yourself “the gift” of something positive to support your body’s work of repair and healing throughout the night.
7) GET REGULAR B.E.S.T. ADJUSTMENTS.
Eliminating stress from your body and central nervous system is essential to good health. Keep your body in balance so nutrition and energy can be maximized and flow freely to nourish your body.
