Calcium: Unsalted Almonds, carrots, dandelions, turnips, spinach, oranges, raw goat’s milk (for infants), okra, cauliflower, tomatoes, garlic, parsnips, all berries, all nuts (except peanuts), apples, raw potatoes, apricots.
Chlorine: Beets, cabbage, celery, garlic, horseradish, parsnips, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, avocados, dates, pomegranate, coconut.
Carbon: Olives, avocados, and nuts, especially unsalted almonds, but not peanuts as they are exceedingly acid-forming. Nut butters are good if raw but not when processed (heated). Unsalted butter and cream when NOT pasteurized.

Fluorine: Unsalted almonds, carrots, beet tops, turnip tops, dandelion, spinach, celery tops, raw goat’s milk, Swiss cheese, beat up raw egg yolks with honey in orange juice, cauliflower, cabbage, watercress, parsley, cucumber.
Hydrogen: Carrots, celery, spinach, cabbage, lettuce, tomatoes grapes, huckleberries, red raspberries.
Iodine: Kelp, seal lettuce, carrots, Irish moss, pineapple.
Magnesium: Carrots, celery, cucumbers, unsalted almonds, apples, apricots, walnuts.
Nitrogen: Alfalfa and other green leafy vegetables. Breathe deeply & rhythmically.
Oxygen: Drink as much fresh, raw juices of fruit and vegetables as possible to obtain organic oxygen and remember to practice deliberate deep breathing.
Phosphorus: Kale, parsley, large white radishes, asparagus, sorrel, watercress, Brussels sprouts, garlic, Savory cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, squash, cucumbers, leeks, lettuce, turnips, Brazil nuts, walnuts, huckleberries, blackberries, cherries, black Mission figs, oranges, limes.

Silicon: Cucumbers, lettuce, parsnips, raw asparagus tips, beet tops, dandelion, horseradish, leeks, okra, parsley, green peppers, radishes, spinach, watercress, strawberries, cherries, apricots, apples, watermelon, figs.
